MIDA band saws for resaw are built from thick welded steel. The fly wheels are made of stabilized cast-iron, dynamically balanced and mounted on twin roller bearings of great charge capacity. Amongst other things, our band saws are equipped with:

 

·          Blade guide adjustable in height by means of an electro-mechanical system using push buttons

·         Saw blade tension made hydraulically with direct indication of the tensioning force in Kgf and made stable by a system of dis springs.

·         Device for adjusting the tilt on the top flywheel

·         Pneumatic breaking of the bottom flywheel

·         Steel covers fro blade protection and top flywheel
